WOW! That is a fantastic video! You make it look so easy:)
ReplyDeleteI really don't like hexipuffs.....but honestly, every time I see one of your embellished ones, I want to pull the bag out and make another. At this rate, I'll have an afghan in spite of myself!!!! You do beautiful work!
ReplyDeleteWow, that doesn't look hard at all. Thanks for helping us visual learners.
ReplyDeleteDagnabit, I've been fighting off the hexipox for so long... now I'm newly exposed and it's all your fault!! AKA this is beautiful, DO WANT
ReplyDeleteSo cute!! You really are a Peacock! For who would think to embellish such a small piece of knittting.
ReplyDeleteThat;s a very cute hexipuff and awesome tutorial. you make it look easy peasy. I've never knit a hexipuff before but seeing your lovely beaded butterfly makes me itch to cast on. Now I'm being a bee, lured by the promise of something new and shiny! Dang it!
ReplyDeleteSo cool!I think I can do that. I need to channel a bit of my inner peacock!
ReplyDeleteWow, now I want to embroider something! But what do you do with the ends dangling out the back?
ReplyDeleteI didn't show it on the video because that is the boring part :) but I tuck the ends in as neatly as possible. The stuffing helps to keep them from getting loose. Most of the time, I embroider/decorate before stuffing the puff. That way I can weave or tie the ends from the inside before I bind off.
DeleteYou make it look so easy! Love the video - thanks, I am definitely inspired.
ReplyDeleteHow pretty!
