This time next week we will be in Disney World! I don't know who's more excited, the little guy or his mom and dad. So this will be just a quick post because I need to pack everything up. First on the packing list is the all important travel knitting projects. The Stripe Study shawl is progressing nicely and hopefully will be finished soon.
And I can't think of a more crazy fun yarn to bring with me to the Magical World of Mouse than Zauberball.
Totally copying Eskimimi's Baktus for this. Hope everyone is having a great week and go check out WIP Wednesday with Tami's Amis for some crafty fun.
Wow so jealous - hope you have a fantastic time!

ReplyDeleteHave a fantastic trip. I'm jealous. We went with my little guy last year and it was a blast.
I'm looking forward to seeing that Zauberball knit up.
Love the shawl and love that crazy yarn!
ReplyDeleteI'm totally jealous. I'm lucky to live not too far from Disneyland, but have only been to Walt Disney World once when I was 12. Have a great great time. That is a PERFECT yarn to take with you!
ReplyDeleteHave a Magical time! I can tell you that as much as my kids loved Disney, I was the one in total awe.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a blast in Disney World! I'm excited to see the Baktus, Zauberball is so colorful and pretty :D
ReplyDeletethe zauberball is perfect for your trip! your study shawl sure is coming along nicely!
ReplyDeleteI learned one important thing when we went to Disney World a few years ago -- when you go in the main entrance, turn to the left instead of following the crowd to the right. We did this and found for most of the morning that we were way ahead of the lines. The kids rode Splash Mountain several times without waiting & still think I'm a genius. (I got it out of a guidebook, but I'll never tell them that.)
ReplyDeleteI am absolutely in love with the Stripe Study shawl. I'm planning on getting some yarn at Maryland Sheep & Wool for it. I really like the colors you've chosen - it is going to look great!
ReplyDeleteI love that shawl! Stripe Study is such a great pattern, no?
ReplyDeleteHave fun in Disney World!!!
