If only Jane Austen was Asian and liked to knit. That's my answer to the question, "Who would you most like to be if you could travel back in time?". Since time travel has not yet been proven (or invented by Apple), I will stick to being myself. I am a mother to one little guy, a wife to one husband and obsessed with the following small list of things: knitting, yarn, books, trolling ravelry and instagram for knitting patterns and inspiration, yarn, knitting notions, yarn, reading knitting blogs, yarn, watching knitting podcasts, yarn. Other interests that are slightly lower on the totem pole include: music (especially sung with a British, Scottish, Welsh or Irish accent), watching period movies (with the same aforementioned accents), reading historical novels (preferred settings include England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland), collecting cookbooks (anything by Nigel Slater and Nigella Lawson), eating good food, watching and singing along to my favorite musicals (The Sound of Music, The Fiddler on the Roof, Annie, Gigi), ABBA (as in the Swedish Musical Legends) and Jane Austen.
